About Us
Although a home-based business, I have 20 years previous experience, working in the private sector, with all types of computers. As a former computer technician, with Georgia Southern University, many of my daily tasks consisted of maintaining and repairing the computers, clearing malware and other such annoyances. In the process, the computers performed faster, safer and better. I am CompTIA A+ certified and have various other CompTIA Network+ and Microsoft Office certificates.
Preventive Computer Maintenance was created in hopes of making your life a little easier, less stressful. After all, who has time to worry about the drudgery and hours involved in computer maintenance? PCM wants to relieve you of that hassle. And with malware so rampant in our society, we need to do all we can to protect our computer and our valuable data. With the 16-point preventive maintenance plan, that involves numerous scans, various updates and software optimization, I can have your computer running safer, faster and better in practically no time.
And PCM doesn't want to just clean the computer. We want to prevent problems from ever occurring in the future, through routine preventive maintenance. Just like your car, your computer needs routine maintenance. That's what's going to keep the computer performing at it's best, keeping the data safe and the owner less annoyed.

If you don't have time to bring the machine to me, we can take care of that, via remote assistance. I can remote into your computer, complete the cleaning process and your computer never has to leave your home.
